Our properties are also uploaded to various property web sites in the UK (e.g. Rentamatic). Combined with advertising in the York property press, all of our properties are guaranteed maximum exposure.

Catering for students at the University of York, York St John University, The Law College, Askham Bryan College and students studying at some of the smaller colleges in York. We provide guidance for students through the letting process. Our aim is to provide for students, suitable accommodation to a high standard.

We are open weekdays from 9am - 5pm and Saturdays from 9am - 1pm.
